Just follow the directions. Remember to have your credit card
ready.
STEP 3: Pay the Application Fee
Use your credit card to pay the fee ($175). Once you have entered
your credit card information and completed the application
just hit the submit button.
Note: If you do not have your credit card you
will not be permitted to go any further in the process.

STEP 3: Pay the Enrollment Fee (For Affiliates ONLY)*
